高压热等静压工艺烧结超细WC-10Co硬质合金

【摘要】 采用高压热等静压法(Sintering+HIP)对超细 WC-10Co 硬质合金进行烧结实验研究。结果表明,在1360℃的温度下烧结,其抗弯强度较真空预烧前提高19.95%,致密度提高了2%以上,最高达到97.92%,同时细化了晶粒,提高了合金的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Ultra-fine WC-10Co cemented carbides were prepared by Sintering+HIP.Comparing with the vacuum sintering, the bending strength of the sample sintered at 1360℃ by Sintering+HIP increased 19.95%,the relative density increased more than 2%,which reached 97.92%,and that the grains were refined,the mechanical propreties were improved.
