【摘要】 在充分了解油田实际使用工况的基础上,成功设计开发出了两种注蒸汽稠油热采井专用的非 API 系列套管—TP90H 和 TP100H。钢种选用热稳定性好的 Cr-Mo 钢,通过采用纯净钢冶炼技术、限动芯棒轧管技术、调质处理和温矫技术来保证套管的性能指标满足油田使用要求。模拟套管在注蒸汽热采井中的复合受力的热模拟实验结果表明,套管的热稳定性较好,在350℃环境温度下,TP90H 和 TP100H 至少可以承受热应力分别为640MPa 和731MPa。油田的批量使用结果表明,该套管可以满足油田的实际使用要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-API casing-TP90H and TP100H for steam injection well were designed and developed on the basis of realizing casing service environment.The Cr-Mo steel is selected for producing casing.By means of the technologies of pure-steel making、MPM、heat treatment(890℃ quenched+630℃ tempered),hot straightening(not less than 500℃ on steel pipe),ensures that the performance of casing meets demand of application on oilfield.The test,which stimulates the combined load of casing in steam injection well,is done,According to this test result,These two casings have a better hot-stability property and stands 640MPa and 731 MPa heat stress on 350℃ environment temperature.According to largely application in oilfield,These two casings meet completely actual application in oilfield.更多还原
