固溶Nb对含Cu超低碳钢的组织及回火析出的影响

【摘要】 本文对比了添加高 Nb(0.16% Nb)和低 Nb(0.024% Nb)的两种含 Cu 超低碳钢的组织和回火行为。实验中发现,固溶 Nb 对钢的淬透性有明显的影响,使得两种钢的组织出现了较大的差异。随着固溶 Nb 含量提高,回火 Cu 析出的形核与长大明显加快。在600℃回火时,Nb 析出物的长大非常缓慢,在一定程度上阻止了回火过程中由于 Cu 析出颗粒的粗化造成的硬度持续下降。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and tempering behavior of two Cu-bearing ultra-low carbon steels are compared,in which one contains 0.16% niobium and the other,0.024% niobium.It is observed that the solid solution niobium have an obvious influence on the hardenability of the steel,and as a result the microstructures of two steels are significantly different after austenitization and water quenching.The precipitation of Cu during the tempering is accelerated obviously in the steel with increasing solid solution niobium content.During the tempering at 600℃,the growth of niobium precipitates is very slow,which hinders the hardness decrease due to the continuous coarsening of the Cu precipitates.
