T12碳素工具钢的半固态流变浆料的直接轧制

【摘要】 本文研究了电磁搅拌制备的 T12碳素工具钢的半固态流变浆料和半固态流变浆料的直接轧制,实验观察 T12碳素工具钢的半固态流变浆料的微观组织。结果表明:在本试验条件下,随着搅拌时间的延长,半固态浆料中的固相分数增加,初生奥氏体固相颗粒更加圆整,分布更加均匀,其在100~200μm 范围内。在半固态浆料直接轧制过程中会产生液相偏析和固相颗粒的塑性变形,轧件的边缘液相分数高,中心部位的液相分数低,固相分数低的轧件塑性变形程度小,固相分数高的轧件塑性变形程度大。说明在轧制变形过程中半固态流变浆的液相和固相颗粒流动速度不同,液相比固相的流动速度快。同时发现,浆料与轧辊温差等因素将导致轧件表面裂纹的产生,如果轧辊宽度方向没有约束,将会产生边裂。

【Abstract】 The preparation and direct rolling of the semi-solid rheological slurry of Tl2 carbon tool steel produced by electromagnetic stirring are studied in this paper.The microstructures of the rheological slurry are observed on the microscope.Results show that the volume solid fraction of semi-solid theological slurry increases with stirring time long on this experiment condition and the rheological slurry contains homogeneous dispersed globular solid particles with the size of 100-200 μm.The segregation of liquid phase and the plastic deformation of solid particles in the slurry occur during semi-solid direct rolling,The volume liquid fraction is high at the edge and low in the center.The degree of plastic deformation of solid particles is bigger with high volume solid fraction than with low volume solid fraction.It is proved that the liquid phase and solid phase in the slurry have different flowing velocities during the semi-solid rolling,the liquid phase flows faster than the solid phase,At the same time,surface cracks on the surface of workpieee are caused by the temperature difference between the slurry and the roller or other factors.And edge cracks are caused by the flow of the slurry without restriction in the width direction during rolling.
