冷却工艺参数对C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb钢双相组织演变的影响

【摘要】 根据 C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb 实验钢相变规律,采用双道次变形和分段冷却在 Gleeble-1500上模拟了热轧铁素体贝氏体双相钢的控制轧制和分段冷却工艺。结果表明,随着两段冷却间隔温度700℃保温时间的延长,铁素体体积分数逐渐增加,当700℃保温时间超过15s 后,铁素体体积分数达到75%,而铁索体晶粒尺寸变化不大。第二段水冷后模拟卷取温度从600℃逐渐降为450℃,第二相组织由珠光体逐渐变成少量马氏体岛和贝氏体,当模拟卷取温度降为450~500℃,第二相组织以粒状贝氏体为主。

【Abstract】 In the light of phase transformation rule of C-Si-Mn-Cr-Nb tested steel,two-pass deformation and step-cooling experiments were carried out on Gieeble- 1500 thermal-mechanical simulator to simulating controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of hot-rolled bainite dual phase steel.It is shown that the ferrite volume fraction increases with extending of holding time at 700℃ of two-stage cooling interval temperature.When the holding time at 700"C exceeds 15s,the ferrite volume fraction is up to 75%.The grain size of ferrite hardly changes with holding time.With the coiling temperatures reduces from 600℃ to 450℃ gradually,the second phase which transformed from retained metastable austenite gradually changes from pearlite to martensite islands and bainite.When the coiling temperatures is in the range of 450~500℃,the second phase of microstructure is mainly granular bainite.
