波纹轨腰钢轨万能轧制有限元研究

【摘要】 利用显示动力学有限元分析方法,模拟了波纹轨腰钢轨的轧制过程。依据数值模拟的结果,分析了波纹轨腰钢轨在轧制过程中的应力分布情况,并分析了在轨头、轨底与轨腰交界处应力值较大以及该道次轧制力矩较大的原因。数值模拟的结果与轧制实验所得的结果基本相符,因此数值模拟的结果可以作为实际生产的参考依据。
【Abstract】 The rolling process of corrugated waist rail is simulated by explicit dynamic FEM.According to the result of simulation, the stress distribution of rolling piece is analyzed,and the reasons that the stress is larger at the connection of rail head with rail waist, waist with bottom and that rolling moment is large are analyzed.Good agreement is obtained between the computational result and the experimental result,So the computational result can provide datum for the actual produce.
