【摘要】 本文从矿相分析的角度阐述了邯钢澳矿配比调整前后烧结矿显微组织形态的变化。通过矿相鉴定及冶金性能试验结果表明澳矿配比由28%～30%增加到43．5%后,烧结矿仍然具有不错的冶金性能指标及较为理想的显微组织结构,进一步说明原料结构的合理调整是降本增效的有力手段；同时,通过显微分析发现,随着澳矿配比的增加,烧结矿叶赤铁矿及脉石在含量和存在形态方面发生了较为明显的变化,并从微观角度剖析了这种变化对烧结矿冶金性能指标的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mineralogical phase and metallurgy property of sinter is discussed from microstructure after the Australian ore amount was changed.The result states that quality of sinter is better in microstructure and metallurgy property when the Australian ore amount was increased from 28%～30% to 43.5%,it further follows that reasonable regulation of raw material structure is efficient measure in cost decreasing and profit increasing;At the same time,through analysis of mineralogical phase,there arc obvious changes in the count and existing modality of hematite and remainder gangue with increasing of Australian ore amount,and the effect on metallurgy property of sinter is explained from the viewpoint of microcosmic.更多还原
