烧结矿强度与组织结构的相关性探讨

【摘要】 本文采用正交实验方法研究了铁料、碱度、燃耗和水分对强度的影响,并应用光学显微镜、X 射线衍射仪对烧结矿进行组织和相结构分析,探讨其与烧结矿强度的相关性。结果表明:烧结矿中形成熔蚀结构和粒状结构有助于强度的提高,而生成较多的铁铝酸镁、含镁钙铁辉石和钙铁榴石,以及烧结矿形成斑状结构、骸晶结构和析出磁铁矿二次枝晶对强度不利。
【Abstract】 The effect of iron ores,basicity,fuel consumption and moisture on sinter strength was studied by orthogonal testing method,as well as optical microscope and X-ray diffraction technique for both the sinter organization and structure. It is shown that the sinter with a melting corrosion and granular structure has larger strength,that as a spot,skeletal and secondary magnetite structure with a lot of magnesium aluminum ferrite,magnesium calcium ferriferous augite and andradite was unfavorable for the strength.
