【摘要】 对武钢高炉增加球团矿配比的生产实践进行了总结。武钢高炉实践表明,增加球团矿配比可优化高炉炉料结构,有利于高炉顺行和强化,改善生产技术经济指标。当球团矿配比小于20%时,高炉装料制度无须调整；当球团矿配比大于20%时,高炉装料制度则需相应调整。球团矿配比的高低,取决于球团矿的质量和价格。在目前生产条件和铁矿石价格情况下,武钢高炉较合理的炉料结构为：65%～70%烧结矿+20%～25%球团矿+10%～15%块矿。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practice of increasing pellet rate was summarized.Practice showed that increasing pellet rate can optimizing burden structure and improving blast furnace technic-econmical index.When pellet rate lower 20%,it isn’t necessary to adjust blast furnace charging schedule.Pellet rate is conditional on quality and price of pellet.On the condition of ore price and production,rational burden structure of BF is 65%～70% sinter +20%～25% pellet+10～15% lump ore.更多还原
