基于转底炉直接还原的钒钛磁铁矿综合利用技术研究

【摘要】 采用转底炉直接还原钒钛磁铁矿,获得了金属化率>90%的金属化球团。在此基础上,通过电炉深还原工艺实现了钒钛磁铁矿中铁、钒与钛的分离,获得了[V]>0.40%的含钒铁水和(TiO2)>49%的含钛炉渣。通过进一步的铁水提钒、钒渣提钒和硫酸法提钛处理,生产出合格的半钢、片状 V2O5和钛白产品,元素回收率分别达到88%、 42%和75%,最终实现了铁、钒、钛的分离和综合回收利用。技术经济分析表明,采用上述工艺处理钒钛磁铁矿, 技术可行,经济合理。

【Abstract】 The degree of metallization is achieved above 90% when RHF directed reduction process is used for vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite.Ferrous and vanadium separated from titanium by deeply reduction in EAF based on RHF directed reduction,vanadium-bearing hot metal of [V]>0.40% and titanium-bearing slag of(TiO2)>49% are obtained. Further,semisteel,V2O5 flakes and titanium dioxide are achieved separately according to vanadium recovery from hot metal/vanadium slag and titanium recovery from titanium-beating slag,.Elements recovery rates of ferrous and vanadium and titanium are 88%,42% and 75% in order and comprehensive utilization of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite is achieved finally.The result of technical economic analysis is shown that the above treatment process of vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite is practicable in technique and equitable in economy.
