热镀锌线生产600MPa级冷轧双相钢的组织性能分析

【摘要】 本文研究了采用相同工艺在实验室 Gleeble3800热模拟机与鞍钢热镀锌生产线试制600MPa 级冷轧双相钢的组织性能。力学性能测定结果表明,试制双相钢的抗拉强度大于600MPa,屈服强度350~380MPa,延伸率19.8%~26%,n 值 0.175~0.20,烘烤硬化值50~70MPa。显微组织分析表明,实验室试制钢的马氏体含量约为21.3%;工业试制钢的马氏体含量约为16.1%,且组织中出现少量珠光体。实验研究表明,3%~5%的珠光体含量对双相钢性能影响不大,但是珠光体含量达7%~9%时,双相钢抗拉强度显著下降,屈强比升高,应力应变曲线出现屈服平台。

【Abstract】 In present work,Microstructure and properties of 600MPa grade cold rolling dual phase steels trial-produced by Gleeble-3800 in laboratory and hot Galvanization line in ANSC with same processing parameters were researched.Mechanical properties test results show that the tensile strength of trail steels is more than 600MPa,yield strength is 650~680MPa,elongation is 19.8%~26%,BH value is 50~70MPa.Analysis of microstructure show that the martensite volume fraction of trial steels gained in laboratory and industry produce line is 21.3% and 16.1% respectively,there is little of pearlite in industry samples. Experimental research indicate that pearlite in the steel is less than 3%~5% have no obvious influence to the mechanical properties,but when the volume fraction of pearlite reach to 7(?),tensile strength will decrease while yield strength will rise, yield point elongation will appear.
