Al-Si和NiCr-CrAl涂层对IC6AE合金抗氧化性能的影响

【摘要】 采用料浆法和粉末包埋渗法在 Ni3Al 基 IC6AE 等轴晶合金上分别制备了 Al-Si 和 NiCr-CrAl 涂层,并对 Al-Si 和 NiCr-CrAl 涂层及不加涂层的 IC6AE 合金三种试样进行1050℃×100h 的抗氧化性能实验。实验结果表明,NiCr- CrAl 涂层试样表现出最好的抗氧化性能,而 Al-Si 涂层试样的氧化增重最大。微观结构研究表明,经过1050℃× 100h 氧化实验后没加涂层的 IC6AE 合金表面生成了一层 Al2O3保护层,此保护层中还含有少量的 NiO 和 NiAl2O4; NiCr-CrAl 涂层试样表面生成了一层相对连续致密且具有较好抗氧化性的α-Al2O3膜。Al-Si 涂层经过1050℃×100h 氧化后,涂层与基体之间发生了严重的元素扩散现象,没有形成连续致密的 Al2O3保护膜,涂层遭到了严重的破坏。

【Abstract】 Al-Si and NiCr-CrAl coatings on an equiaxed Ni3 Al-based alloy IC6AE were prepared by the slurry and powder pack cementation methods respectively.The Oxidation tests for the three kinds of samples of alloy IC6AE with Al-Si and NiCr- CrAl coatings and without coating were carried out under the testing condition of 1050℃/100h.The experimental results showed that the NiCr-CrAl coated specimens had the best oxidation resistance and the Al-Si coated specimens showed the largest mass gain,viz.,the worst oxidation resistance among the above three surface states.The microstructure study showed that after 1050℃/100h oxidation tests the oxidation protecting layer of Al2O3 formed on the surface of the alloy IC6AE without coating, which contained a small amount of NiO and NiAl2O4;and relatively compact and continuous film of α-Al2O3 with good oxidation resistance formed on the surface of the NiCr-CrAl coated specimens,although the local oxidation occurred in the area of dam- aged NiCr-CrAl coating surface.While in the case of the specimen with Al-Si coating,serious diffusion of the elements between coating and substrate occured,the compact and continuous α-Al2O3film didn’t formed,hence the Al-Si coating was damaged badly after 1050℃/100h oxidation.
