凝固速率对DD432单晶高温合金组织的影响

【摘要】 研究了不同的凝固速率对 DD432单晶高温合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明:随凝固速率的增加,凝固界面由粗枝状组织向细枝状组织演变,枝晶越来越细小,一次枝晶间距和二次枝晶间距也相应减小。但高次枝晶的程度不随凝固速率的增加而减弱。当凝固速率为6mm/min 时,二次枝晶臂非常发达,甚至在某些二次枝晶臂上生长出了三次枝晶臂。在凝固速率为2~8mm/min 范围内,无论是γ/γ′共晶相还是 MC 型碳化物,它们的尺寸、形态以及在枝晶间的分布都与抽拉速率之间没有必然的联系。

【Abstract】 The effect of solidification rate on the solidified structure of DD432 alloy was experimentally investigated in this paper.The morphology of liquid-solid interface of DD432 single crystal superalloy changed from coarsen dendritic to fine den- dritic with the increase of solidification rate.With the increasing solidification rate,the morphology of dendrite was becoming smaller,the primary arm spacing and the secondary arm spacing was accordingly decreased.However,the developed extent of dendrite did not weaken with the solidification rate.Developed secondary dendritic arm and even tertiary dendritic arm could be observed with the solidification rate of 6mm/min.Within the adopted solidification rates,the size,shape and distribution of MC carbide and γ/γ′ eutectic in the interdendritic region for DD432 single crystal superalloy have no relationship with solidification rate.
