用精锻机生产高温合金板坯工艺的探索

【摘要】 本文对用精锻机生产的 GH3030和 GH1140板坯的工艺进行了探讨,结果表明：该生产工艺可行,产品组织均匀,性能满足要求。

【Abstract】 The forging process and characteristics of GH3030 and GH1140 superalloys plate billets processed by radial forging machine have been explored.The results show that the process suitable to produce qualified billets with uniform macrostructure and satisfactory properties.
