预应力钢骨混凝土三角形支托刚架试验分析

【摘要】 为了解和研究重庆国际大厦工程中预应力钢骨混凝土(PSRC)三角形支托架的受力性能和破坏形态、以及节点构造,并为设计提供参考意见,进行了两榀1:4比例模型的静力试验,同时对支托架结构单元和模型试件进行了有限元分析计算.研究结果表明,按刚架计算模型进行分析是合理的,节点区有限元划分应细一些,过渡到各杆件上时划分可粗一些;支托架上部节点可参照牛腿进行设计,而其余两个节点区的应力分布比较均匀,箍筋应力也很小,不需要特殊加强;预应力对控制上部横杆的裂缝和支托架的位移有明显效果;上部横杆可按轴心受拉杆件设计,裂缝控制宜按一级;应考虑上部横杆开裂后的内力重分布使斜杆受力状态发生改变,对斜杆分别进行小偏心受压和大偏心受压设计计算.

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the mechanical behaviors and the failure features and the joint structures of the prestressed steel reinforced concrete(PSRC)triangle bracket of Chongqing international edifice,static ex- periment and finite element analysis was carried on two 1:4-scale models.The results show that the rigid frame model for analysis is reasonable,the design way for upper joint referring to the bracket is feasible,while the stress distribution in the other two joints is relatively uniform and the stress of the hooped reinforcements is also small,it has no use for reinforcement.The cracks of upper rod and the displacement of the bracket are reduced obviously by prestressing.The results also show that upper rod can be design to an axial tensile rod and the control grade of cracks should be the first-grade,and considering the bearing behaviour of gradient rod would change because of internal force redistribution after upper rod cracking,gradient rod should be cal- culated separately under large and small eccentricity load.
