【摘要】 聚氨酯、挤塑夹芯组合板是新型的建筑保温隔热材料,最常见的是作为屋面板和墙面板,有着广泛的应用前景.但是目前设计公式还停留在实践和经验的基础上,影响此类新型材料在实际工程中的应用.本文在36个材性试验和72个构件试验的基础上,用有限元法重点分析了承载力设计公式中的重要参数-剪力分配系数的取值。并将基于此设计公式的计算结果和试验值比较,说明了剪力分配系数取值的正确性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Polyurethane and XPS sandwich panel is a new type temperature keeping and isolation construction material,which are usually used as roof and wall panel.For the excellent performance they will have prosperous use.Ahhough,most design formula are based on limited test data and experience so it is very inconvenient and unsafe in practice use for these kinds of material.In this paper,based on 36 material tests and 72 member tests, the FE method is used to investigate the most important parameter named shear distribution coefficients.Based on it,the design formula of the capacity of polyurethane and XPS sandwich panels are derived.The results of design formula are compared with that of the experiments to prove its correction.更多还原
