钢管混凝土柱节点刚度影响因素分析

【摘要】 目前钢管混凝土柱所采用的节点形式超过二十种,但在框架设计时,往往把它们简单地视为铰接节点或刚接节点进行计算.了解实际的节点约束刚度情况,使结构计算模型忠实反映结构实际状态,具有现实意义.但是,由于节点刚度的影响因素很多,采用试验方法系统地研究各种因素的影响是不可行的.也是不可能的.为此首先利用有限元工具构筑节点模型,然后用较少量的试验来验证和修正有限元模型,而节点约束刚度影响因素的研究由有限元模型来完成,最后得到了节点约束刚度的参数模型.对于钢梁——钢管混凝土柱加强环式和穿心式节点,利用该法得到了有限元模型;然后研究梁、柱截面尺寸,节点连接细部尺寸,梁柱线刚度比,柱轴压比等因素对节点刚度的影响;最后建立节点的 M-θ幂函数模型.该模型信息可引入框架设计中.

【Abstract】 At present more than twenty types of CFST(concrete filled steel tube)column joints have been ap- plied in practice,and these joints are assumed as pinned or rigid in frame analysis.There is a practical signif- icance to find out the factual restraining stiffness of joint,and make an analytic model in accord with the factu- al structure.Because the influencing factors of joint’ stiffness are so many that it is unreasonable to study all types of influencing factors systematically by using experimental method only.This paper focused on the study of restraining stiffness of stiffening ring joint and continuous web plate joint in CFST frame.Firstly,we created and analyzed the solid models of CFST joints by using ANSYS.Secondly,we made 11 CFST joints that accor- ded with the finite element model to process joint experiments,and then verified the applicability of the finite element models with the experiment results.Finally,basing on the models we changed some factors,such as the dimensions of beam and column,the proportion of rigidity per unit length of beam to column,and the pull -down ratio,to confirm the influence of them on joint stiffness and created M——θ model of the joints.The M——θ model can be use in frame analysis.
