钢管混凝土柱耐火极限的计算分析

【摘要】 利用有限元方法,在时间域上对火灾下钢管混凝土柱力学性能进行了全过程分析,考虑了火灾作用时间对构件的损伤累积作用,并编制非线性有限元程序 NFACFST.利用该程序计算了 ISO-834标准升温曲线作用下钢管混凝土柱的耐火极限 t_R,与以往国内外试验结果进行比较,二者符合较好.在此基础上,对圆形和矩形钢管混凝土柱耐火极限进行了参数分析,选用的参数包括轴压比 n、截面边长 D、含钢率α、长细比λ等.本文提供的火灾作用下钢管混凝土柱全过程分析方法,可为更合理地进行钢管混凝土柱的抗火设计提供参考.
【Abstract】 This paper presented a finite element procedure,named NFACFST.The behaviors of concrete filled steel tubular columns during the whole period of fire were carried out by considering the fire damage on the strength and displacement of the concrete filled steel tubular columns at every time step.Comparisons on the fire resistance experiment and calculation results were made,then a good agreement was obtained.Influ- ence of parameters on the fire resistance was analyzed.The parameters were as follow:load,sectional dimen- sion,steel ratio,column slenderness,etc.The achievements in this paper may be reference for the fire design of concrete filled steel tubular columns.
