溶剂抽提法制备巯基硅烷自组装单层膜

【摘要】 应用接触角及光电子能谱等方法研究了溶剂抽提对玻璃表面巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷自组装的影响。常规简单浸泡工艺条件下进行硅烷自组装,往往得到多层膜结构。然而,增加惰性气体保护的溶剂抽提工艺,利用非极性溶剂抽提,可以有效地清除玻璃基底表面硅烷的物理吸附层;利用极性溶剂抽提,可以诱导硅烷巯基在扩散重组过程中外向定位,获得了的巯基硅烷自组装单层膜。
【Abstract】 Self-assembly of Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTS) on glass substrates by solvent-extracting was investigated with water contact angle and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. MPTS formed usually self-assembly multilayer on glass substrates through conventional immersion reaction in MPTS solution. Upon the immersion reaction, solvent-extracting with non-polar and polar solvents were performed under inert gas atmosphere, which removed effectively the physiosorbed silane molecules, induced outward relocation of mercapto groups during the diffusion and rearrangement of silane molecules and gave rise to a MPTS self-assembly monolayer.
