HEMA化学改性共聚物水凝胶的合成及其药物释放性能的研究

【摘要】 <正>研究了共聚物水凝胶对阿司匹林(Aspirin)在药物释放系统中的应用,为开发水凝胶缓控释制剂提供参考。以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,对甲基丙烯酸-β羟基乙酯(HEMA)水凝胶进行化学改性、通过自由基聚合合成一系列共聚物水凝胶,测定水凝胶在不同酸度介质、时间下对药物阿司匹林控
【Abstract】 The application of polymeric hydrogels are studied in the drug delivery systems of Aspirin in order to provide reference for the development of drug delivery controlled hydrogel pharmacies.With chemical modification and radical polymerization,adding the initiator 2,2’-Azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN),a series of 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) hydrogels are synthesized.The swelling properties of these polymeric hydrogels are tested in different conditions such as temperature and pH values etc.The drug delivery behavior of Aspirin is observed within these polymeric hydrogels under the influence of different acidity medium and time.The results showed that these polymeric hydrogels are characteristic of obvious pH value sensitivity.In the drug delivery system,with the increase of pH values,the swelling degree reduces.In the same time the number of balance delivery is reduces accordingly.The speed which the drug achieves the delivery balance is different within different hydrogels. The drug delivery function is realized correspondingly.
