Li0.99Y0.01FePO4/C复合材料的合成与其电化学性能

【摘要】 利用高温固相法合成了Li0.99Y0.01FePO4/C复合材料。采用X射线(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)以及电化学测试等手段对该材料进行了结构表征,表面形貌和性能测试。实验结果表明:所得的Li0.99Y0.01FePO4/C材料为单一的橄榄石晶体结构,材料颗粒均匀,电化学性能得到很大改善。在0.1C的倍率充放电下,首次放电容量为139.99mAh/g,充放电效率为86.08%,在1C倍率下的首次放电容量仍有104.54mAh/g。
【Abstract】 Li0.99Y0.01FePO4/C composite materials were synthesized by a high temperatare solid state method..The crystal structure ,morphology of particles and electrochemical performance were characterized by x-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical performance testing.The results demonstrated that the Li0.99Y0.01 FePO4/C material was simple pure olive-type phase,it had better particle-size distribution and its electrochemical performance was greatly improved.At 0.1C rate the fist discharge capacity of it is 139.99mAh/g and the charge-discharge efficiency is 86.08%,at 1C rate the capacity in the fist cycle is 104.54mAh/g
