催化动力学光度法测定锰
Spectrophotometric determination of Manganese (Ⅱ)

【摘要】 在NaOH介质中,锰能灵敏地催化KIO4氧化桑色素的褪色反应,据此建立了测定痕量锰的催化动力学分光光度法。最大吸收波长位于415nm,线性范围为1.6~6.4μg/L,检出限为0.8μg/L。大多数常见离子不干扰测定,可用于水样中痕量Mn(II)的测定。
【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Manganese has been studied , based on the discoloration reaction between KIO4 and Morin in NaOH solution. The maximum absorption wavelength is at 415nm. The linear range of lead is 1.6~6.4μg/L ,and detection limit is 0.8μg /L. There are no interference from the most common ions. The method has been used to determined trace Manganese in water samples with satisfactory results.
