反相高效液相色谱法对蓝色圆珠笔分类的研究

【摘要】 以 V(乙睛):V(NH4HCO3(10 mmol/L)水溶液)=60:40做流动相,用反相高效液相色谱法对82支国内外不同厂商生产的蓝色圆珠笔字迹进行分析, 根据分离出的7种染料成分将其分成7类,分类结果显示结晶紫、甲基紫、碱性品蓝是市售蓝色圆珠笔中的主要染料,并用高效液相色谱-电喷雾/质谱确认了碱性品蓝和碱性艳蓝 B 的脱甲基峰的存在,为有关鉴定蓝色圆珠笔的书写时间的研究创造了有利条件。
【Abstract】 The organic dyestuffs of 82 blue ballpoint pen inks were analyzed by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RPHPLC) with Waters 2996 PDA detector.The Waters Xterra MS C18 column (150 mm×3.9 mm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-10 mmol/L ammonium bicarbonate solution (60:40,v/v) were used at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/ min.The optimum extraction solvent was acetonitrile-water (60:40,v/v) and the detection wavelength was 580 nm.All the ballpoint pen inks from different manufacturers were classified into seven classes according to their dye components.The results indicated that the crystal violet,Methyl violet,tetramethyl pararosaniline were the chief dyestuffs of all the blue ballpoint pen inks sold in the market.What’s more,it had been found that Tetramethyl pararosaniline and victoria blue B formed fragment ions at m/z 4.56 and 330 through demethylation,respectively.One unknow dye component of the blue ballpoint pen inks,solvent blue 2 was identified by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization/mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI/MS)in the positive mode.This method provides useful information for the determination of dating and the creation of the ballpoint pen ink library.
