预测与健康管理(PHM)的故障预测技术研究

【摘要】 结合故障预测与健康管理(PHM)的发展,论述了 PHM 的关键技术——故障预测技术的特点和主要研究内容。通过对故障预测技术进行分类和分析,总结出各种故障预测算法的特点和适用条件,并提出了运用统计过程控制技术进行故障预测的方法,最后阐述了进一步研究可能会遇到的问题。
【Abstract】 The features and main research contents of prognostics method are introduced in this paper against evolution history of Prognostics and Health Management(PHM).Based on large numbers of references,prognostics methods are classified and analyzed,then the features and applicable condi- tions of each prognostics method are obtained in the paper.A prognostic method based on Statistical Process Control(SPC)is provided in this paper.Finally,some key issues of prognostics are listed with the goal of further research.
