水污染动态实时监测的便携式电子舌分析仪

【摘要】 论述了新型用于水污染动态实时监测的电子舌分析仪器。该仪器采用离子选择性传感器检测技术、电化学溶出伏安检测技术和光寻址电位传感器检测技术,结合计算机快速检测技术,可以同时快速检测工业和生活污水中多种重金属离子的浓度。在硬件设计上以最小系统为核心,具有配置灵活、可扩展性好等特点。在软件设计上,分模块化实现,包括数据通信、数据预处理、数据存储和控制等模块,方便移植。实验结果表明,本仪器具有良好的定量检测能力。
【Abstract】 The portable eTongue for real time water pollution detection was introduced.The in strument consists of three methods,including ion selective electrode,the electrochemical strip- ping voltammetry and light addressable potentiometric sensor.Integrated with computer analysis technology,the eTongue was able to detect several trace metals in water pollution.The hardware design is based on a core system,which features flexible configuration and wonderful extensibili- ty.The software system was consisted of several modules including data communication,data processing,data storage and process control etc.Each of the modules could be compiled indepen- dently while the others were not affected.The experiment results show that the eTongue has good ability of quantitative detection for heavy metal.
