茶树品种叶片组织结构与黑刺粉虱选择性的关系

【摘要】 对9个茶树品种(福云6号、玉龙、丹桂、优3、优510、黄旦、毛蟹、福云10号和铁观音等)的叶片组织结构与单位叶面积黑刺粉虱产卵量和世代存活率进行相关性分析,结果表明:单位叶面积黑刺粉虱产卵量与茶树品种叶片的气孔密度、海绵组织厚度有显著水平的正相关,而与下表皮角质层厚度和栅栏组织厚度有显著水平的负相关;黑刺粉虱的世代存活率与气孔密度有接近显著水平的正相关,而与下表皮厚度、下表皮角质层厚度和栅栏组织厚度有显著或极显著水平的负相关。

【Abstract】 The correlation between leaf structure of 9 tea cultivars (Fuyun No.6, Yulong, Dangui, You3 , You5 10, Huangdan, Maoxie, Fuyun No.10 and Tieguanyin) and the egg number of Aleurocanths spiniferus (Quaintance) in unit area or its generational survival rate was analyzed. The results showed that the laid egg number of A. spiniferus in unit area was found to remarkably positively correlate to stoma density and thickness of spongy tissue in tea leaves from 9 tea cultivars, but have markedly negative correlation to thickness of keratode layer on subepidermis or thickness of palisade tissue. Meanwhile, generational survival rate of A. spiniferus had nearly remarkably positive correlation to stoma density in tea leaves from 9 tea varieties, but had markedly or nearly markedly positive correlation to thickness of subepidermis or keratode layer on subepidermis or thickness of palisade tissue.
