HPLC测定不同基源、不同产地祖师麻中祖师麻甲素的含量

【摘要】 目的:通过测定不同基源、不同产地祖师麻药材中祖师麻甲素的含量,为有效控制原药材质量及合理利用该药用植物资源提供参考。方法:以甲醇为提取溶剂,色谱柱 Dikma Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05% 磷酸水(15:85)。检测波长 UV 326nm,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温25℃。结果:祖师麻甲素在15.5~930.0ng 范围内呈良好的线性关系,祖师麻甲素含量以陕甘瑞香含量相对较高,尤其以甘肃天水的含量为高。结论:该方法简便可靠,可用于祖师麻药材的质量评价。
【Abstract】 Objective:To give reference to controlling material quality and utilizing resources of girald daphne bark by determining the content of daphnetin in girald daphne bark from different place of production and origin with HPLC.Mthod:The chromatograohic column:Dikma Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm×200mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.05% phosphonic acid solution (15:85), detection wavelengh:UV 326nm,flow rate:1.0mL·min-1,temperature:25℃.Resulta:The daphnetin showed a good linearity at the range of 15.5~930.0ng(r=0.9996),the average recovery was 100.59%,RSD=2.32% and the content of daphnetin was high in Daphne tangutica Maxim.,especially from Tianshui in Gansu.Conclution:The method was simple and accurate and can be used to estimate material quality of girald daphne bark.
