双向固体发酵对雷公藤减毒持效的初步研究

【摘要】 目的:研究双向固体发酵后雷公藤菌质的急性毒性及对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以改进寇氏法测定发酵不同时间后雷公藤菌质的 LD50。以各雷公藤菌质 LD50的1/6量给小鼠连续灌胃7天后脱颈处死,取脾细胞培养,分别用 ConA、LPS 刺激,MTY 法检测 T、B 淋巴细胞的增殖情况。结果:雷公藤菌质的急性毒性较雷公藤生药明显降低,发酵30天及35天雷公藤菌质能显著抑制小鼠 T、B 淋巴细胞的增殖。结论:运用双向固体发酵技术可降低雷公藤毒性并保持其免疫抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To survey the toxicity and the effect on immunity function of fungal fermentative products in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook by a novel bi-directional solid-state fungal fermentation.Methods:Toxicity of fungal fermentative products in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook was measured with LD50,then mice were taken the durgs based on one-sixth of LD50 for 7 days and killed,spleen cells was culture,and the.method of MTT was usedto detect the situation of proliferation both T and Blymphocytes.Results:Toxicity of fungal fermentative products in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook was sharply lower than the raw materials,and the fungal fermentative products in Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook for 30 days and 35 days had the inhabiting effect on proliferation both T and B lymphocytes.Conclusion:Toxicity of Tfipterygium wilfordii Hook could be reduced by bi-direction solid fermentation and the effect of immunosuppression is maintaining.
