【摘要】 目的:找出能代表牡丹皮"活血化瘀"作用的 HPLC"药效指纹图谱"。方法:将牡丹皮不同提取部位样品进行小鼠活血化瘀试验研究,同时进行 HPLC 分析,获得牡丹皮不同提取部位的指纹图谱,然后运用数理统计软件分析药效指标与指纹图谱相关信息之间的关系。结果:确定以甲醇提取部位的 HPLC 图谱来制定牡丹皮的"药效指纹图谱"。结论:应用该方法制定得到的指纹图谱更具有实用价值,而且更为科学、合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Finding out the Pharmacodynamic Fingerprint which can represent the action of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Methods:Taking the samples of different parts for the study of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,at the same time,taking them for the study of HPLC to gain the fingerprints of different parts,and then the correlation between the pharmacological indexes and the information of the HPLC fingerprint was discovered by the statistic software.Results:Establishing that the fingerprint of the methanol part could represent the Pharmacodynamic Fingerprint of Cortex Moutan.Conclusions:Chinese medicine fingerprint established by this method not only represents the chemistry information but also reflects its validity,it makes the study of fingerprint more scientific and reasonable.更多还原
