【摘要】 目的:分离鉴定地奥心血康中主要甾体皂苷成分。方法:应用常压及加压硅胶柱色谱技术进行分离与纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定了2个化合物:薯蓣皂苷(dioscin)(1)和伪原薯蓣皂苷(pseudoprodioscin) (2)。结论:化合物1和2为地奥心血康中含量较高的两种主要成分,对控制和评价中药地奥心血康的品质有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To isolation and identification of major steroidal saponins constituents from Di’ao Xinxuekang.METHODS: The constituents were separated and purified by using various chromatographic methods.The structural elucidation of the compounds were based on the analysis of IR,MS,¹H&¹³CNMR and HMQC spectra.RESULTS:Two steroidal saponins were obtained from Di’ao Xinxuekang and their structures were identified as dioscin（1）and pseudoprodioscin（2）.CONCLUSION:Compound 1 and 2 were demonstrated to be two major constituents in Di’ao Xinxuekang.It is indicated that these two compounds might be determined directly for quality control of Chinese Medicine Di’ao Xinxuekang.更多还原
