【摘要】 目的:对不同产地、不同生长期的忍冬叶中氯原酸的含量进行比较。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对样品中氯原酸含量进行测定。结果:线性范围为0.082～0.408μg,平均回收率为98.10%,RSD=1.46%。结论:在河南省4个不同地区及不同生长期的忍冬叶中,新密市8月份所产的忍冬叶中氯原酸含量最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the content of chlorogenic acid in Folium Lonicerae in different regions and growth perieds. Methods:The content of chlorogenic acid in the samples was determined by HPLC.Results:For chlorogenic acid the linear range was 0.082μg～0.408μg with r=0.9999,the average recovery was 98.10% with RSD=1.46%.Conclusion:In Henan’s four regions and in different growth periods the content of chlorogenic acid in Folium Lonicerae in Xinmi is the highest更多还原
