232-MBus转换电路器设计与实现

【摘要】 本文分析介绍了仪表总线(MeterBus简称MBus)信号,并就此设计了两种232电平到MBus总线信号的转换接口电路及其总线供电电路,其中简易主机接口简单易用,成本低廉,多负载主机接口驱动能力强,有很好的可靠性。同时还就MBus通讯介绍了两种常用方法,并就其通讯中必要的快速ID搜索提出了一种优化算法,在实际中得到很好应用。
【Abstract】 Meter Bus signals had been analyzed in this paper, through which two converters had been designed for converting 232-level to MBus signals. Simple converter was easy to use with low cost and the multi-loads converter had a better drive ability and good reliability. Also two MBus communication methods had been introduced in this paper. An excellent ID searching arithmetic which was necessary for communication had been presented in this paper and had been well used in application.
