滑片几何精度自动分选仪的设计与研究
Study on the automatic separator for measure the geometrical precision of the slip

【摘要】 本文针对压缩机生产的实际要求,对其关键零件滑片的几何精度自动测量技术进行了研究。重点阐述了采用模块化设计原理,应用现代气动元件、高精度差动电感传感器、PLC等手段组成自动分选仪的设计方法,并对实验数据加以分析,实现了对滑片几何参数快速高精度检测,总的测量不确定度为0.806μm。
【Abstract】 To aim at the actual demand that the rotary compressor produces, the automatically measuring technology of the geometrical precision of the slip, which is the key part of a compressor, is studied in this text. In order to realize measuring geometric parameter of slip accurately and quickly, the author adopts the module design principle, and uses modern pneumatic component, high-accuracy differential inductor sensor and PLC to make up the automatic sorting appearance. And then the total measurement indeterminacy of this instrument is 0. 806 μm.
