【摘要】 在新型枪械定型试验的需求推动下,本文设计了一套三维尺寸、力集成测量平台,这套平台主要由精密滚动导轨、精密丝杠、步进电机、精密测头、光栅传感器和力传感器组成。文中详细说明自动机循环图、瞄准角、闭锁力的测量原理和测量方法。对尺寸、瞄准角、闭锁力等测量的精度进行了全面的分析。最后使用所设计制造的测量平台对三个标准尺寸为99.732 mm,399.890mm,995.472mm 的标准样柱和标准质量物体进行测量,测量结果满足精度指标要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driven by the need for approved new fire-arm,a synthetic and integration measuring platform for three- dimensional size and forcehas been designed in this rapet.The system of measurement platform consists of preci- sion rolling guide,precision lead-screw,stepper motor,precision gauge head,grating sensor and force sensor.The method and the principle of measuring three-dimensional size of fire-arm,cyclic graph of automaton,sighting angle and locking forceare explicated.The measurement accuracy of the three-dimensional size of firearm,sighting angle and locking forceare analyzed.The designed measurement platform are used to measure three standard dimension samples whose sizes are 99.732 mm,399.890 mm and 995.472 mm and one standard weight object,the resultcan fully meet the measurement accuracy index.更多还原
