稀土钨热电子发射材料的制备及其表征

【摘要】 以纳米Ce-W粉末为原料,采用SPS技术制备了Ce-W发射材料,并用自行研制的微机控制全自动电子发射测量装置测试材料的热发射性能。研究表明,最佳烧结温度为1200℃;随烧结温度的升高,材料的密度先缓慢升高再迅速下降,而材料的晶粒尺寸是逐渐递增的;Ce-W材料在1500℃的零场发射电流密度为1.94A·cm-2;在1300~1500℃下有效逸出功为2.92eV。
【Abstract】 Ce-W materials have been prepared by the method of Spark Plasma Sintering from Ce-W Nanop-owder. The self-designed computer control electron emission surveyor have investigated emission properties of material. The results show that the best sintering temperature is 1200℃. In the sintering process, the density of the material reached a peak value with the temperature increasing while the crystal size went up all the time. The Ce-W material has good emission performance with the saturated current density of 1.94 A·cm-2at 1500℃and the work function of 2.92 eV at 1300~1500℃.
