钢丝表面激光加热和高频感应加热的初步探索

【摘要】 对钢丝表面处理进行初步探索,采用激光表面加热和高频感应快速加热对钢丝表面进行热处理,分析处理后的显微组织和力学性能,并与目前钢丝的电接触加热相比较。实验结果表明,激光表面加热和高频感应快速加热确实存在一些不足,比如,钢丝受热不均匀,难以准确控温等,从而使得显微组织不理想,力学性能不佳。而电接触加热速度快, 能较好控温,在加热过程中,钢丝受热均匀,显微组织细小,抗拉强度和屈服强度均较高,是一种不错的加热方式。
【Abstract】 This paper takes a preliminary exploration of facial treatment of steel wire by adopting both laser and high frequency induction,microstructure and mechanical properties of both processes are then analyzed and compared with those processed by electric contact heating which were currently practiced.Results indicate that heating treatment of steel wire by laser and high frequency induction do have a lot of drawbacks:the uneven distribution of heat and the difficulty in controlling temperatures have resulted in the unsatisfactory configuration of both the microstructure and the mechanical properties.While electric contact heating has proved to be effective in that the microstructures are small and even-distributed and the yield strength and tensile strength are relatively higher due to its fast heating,easily controllable temperature and even distribution of heat of steel wire.
