常规加热浸出初级富钛料动力学研究

【摘要】 论文提出了常规加热浸出初级富钛料制取高品质富钛料的新工艺,研究了盐酸浓度、浸出温度、初级富钛料粒度对铁浸出率的影响规律,获得了浸出动力学的表观活化能;通过进行盐酸浓度对铁浸出率的试验,得到了浸出动力学方程的反应级数;从而获得了浸出动力学方程。动力学方程研究表明,常规加热条件下盐酸浸出初级富钛料的浸出过程受界面化学反应控制。
【Abstract】 The novel process of preparing high quality rich-titanium products by leaching low grade rich-titanium materials under conventional heating condition was introduced.The effects of HCl concentration,temperature of leaching system and particle size of raw materials on the leaching ratio of iron were investigated and the apparent activation energy of leaching process was obtained.Moreover, by the leaching experiments under different HCl concentrations,the reaction order was obtained and the kinetics equation was established.The result indicated that the leaching process was controlled by interface chemical reaction.
