【摘要】 介绍了自行研究开发的适用于儿童血铅检测的"血铅检测仪"和配套的"痕量血铅试剂盒"及血样预处理装置。采用电化学方法进行检测,以电控悬汞电极作为工作电极,吸附伏安法检测,灵敏度高、线性及重复性好,可以测得血样中小于50 μg/L 的铅含量,采血量仅40-50μL,血样处理步骤简单、无污染。该产品切合我国铅污染防治工作的实际需要,适合在我国开展儿童血铅普查工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported a self-developed blood-lead detector and a fitted checkbox with pretreatment equipment for examination of blood-lead of children.The detection system,which works on electrochemical method with an electronic controlled hanging mercury electrode as the working electrode,has high sensitivity,linearity and reproducibility,especially the excellent applicable capability.It could be used to detect the trace content of blood-lead as low as 50 μ g/L in 50 μ L of blood sample after simple and non-pollution pretreatment.This product can satisfy the needs of the lead pollution prevention in our country,and suited for use in investigation of children blood-lead.更多还原
