H2S/CO2共存条件下油井管材及工具腐蚀试验研究

【摘要】 针对 H2S/CO2共存条件下油井管材及工具材料腐蚀试验研究相对较少的情况,以常用的 N80、P110、C90、P110SS 管材、常用井下工具、常用井口制造材料35CrMo、40Cr、常用地面管汇制造材料20号钢、45号钢为研究对象进行试验研究,以了解上述材料的腐蚀性能,供选材、现场施工及腐蚀控制参考。试验所用腐蚀介质模拟塔里木油田克拉2气田气层水配制。试验结果表明,常规 P110管材腐蚀速率高于 N80,而 P110SS 的腐蚀速率远远低于 P110,表明采用抗硫管材确实可以有效地预防管材的均匀腐蚀;随着温度的升高,腐蚀速率增加;随着 H2S 含量的增加,腐蚀速率先增大,后降低。
【Abstract】 The experiments are made to find the corrosion performance of N80,P110,C90,P110SS,35CrMo,40Cr and 20#,45# premium carbon steels under H2S/CO2 environment. The contents of the corrosion liquids are prepared according to the formation water acquired from Kela gas field of Tarim basin.Based on the experiments,it can be concluded that the corrosion rate of common P110 tubular goods is higher than that of N80,but the corrosion rate of P110SS is far lower than that of P110,indicating that the sulfide resistant tubular goods can prevent the uniform corrosion effectively.The corrosion rate will increase with the increase of temperature.With the increase of H2S content,the corrosion rate will increase first, then decrease.
