【Abstract】 The most troublesome problem in deploying streaming media service is the package-lost delay,which results in too much buffer,low-quality image and interrupted play,.The dynamic multi-codes rate technology solves the translatory flow media QOS technology,it acts according to the network band width the change,flows the media server to be possible the dynamic choice to transmit the content code speed.This article introduces dynamic multi- cede-rate technologies and show the client、server and content service requirements.更多还原
