基于滚动时间窗的软测量建模方法的研究与应用

【摘要】 针对扬子石化公司丁二烯精馏塔成分估计问题,提出了一种基于滚动时间窗的软测量建模方法.采用了多种软测量建模技术,建了3种不同的软测量模型,确立了合适的工业软测量模型.同时利用滚动时间窗内的数据进行系统的在线优化和周期性模型更新,为下一步投入工业实际应用做好充分的准备.仿真研究结果表明,基于滚动时间窗的LS_SVM软测量建模方法,是一种有效建模的方法.

【Abstract】 The paper introduced a modeling method based on sliding time window to settle the problems that the component of the azeotropic distillation cannot be measured.A appropriate industry model was built based on multi-modeling technology.The data in sliding time window were used to optimize on-line or rebuild period- icity model.The effective result indicates that the proposed method is a powerful method for the medeling.
