AZ91D镁合金直接化学镀镍工艺

【摘要】 研究了在 AZ91D 镁合金上用硫酸镍为主盐直接进行化学镀镍的工艺。用金相显微镜观察了镁合金表面经不同酸洗时间后的表面形貌。分析了 pH、温度对镀速的影响,并测试了镀层的表面形貌和耐蚀性。采用含 NiSO4·6H2O 20g/L,NaH2PO2·H2O 20g/L 的镀镍液进行化学镀时,当酸洗时间为25s 时,所得到的镀层均匀致密,结合力好,镀层的腐蚀点位为-0.375v, 耐蚀性能大大提高。

【Abstract】 The electroless nickel plating technology of AZ91D magnesium alloy was studied in nickel sulfate bath.The effect of the acid pickle treatment time of the AZ91D magnesium alloy substrate on the surface morphology was also studied by a metallurgical microscope.The influences of pH,temperature on deposition rate were analysed.The surface morphology,content of various compositions and corrosion resistance of deposit were tested.When the acid pickle treatment time is 25s,the concentration of nickel sulfate is 20g/L and sodium hypophosphite is 20g/L,The obtained plating is uniform and dense with a fine appearance and strong binding with the matrix of plated metal.The analysis of Tafel curve shows that the corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy electroless Ni-P plated by above process is improved apparently.
