双向脉冲电沉积Ni-Co/Al2O3(纳米)复合镀层的组织与性能

【摘要】 提出了一种利用双向脉冲电沉积技术制备 Ni-Co/纳米 Al2O3复合镀层的新方法,并用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜/能谱(SEM/EDS)、透射电镜(TEM)等测试方法研究了复合镀层的组织与性能。结果表明:采用双向脉冲电沉积技术可获得结晶细密、表面光滑平整,Al2O3粒子分布均匀且与基体有良好结合以及基质金属镍(220)晶面产生择优取向的复合电沉积层;在本试验范围内,复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性随着 Al2O3含量的增加而提高,双向脉冲镀层硬度和耐磨性都优于直流镀层,而双向脉冲镀层宏观残余应力却低于直流镀层。

【Abstract】 It is introduced a novel method for preparing Ni-Co/Al2O3 nano-composite coating by using a bidirectional pulse electrodeposit technique,and the microstructure and properties of Ni-Co/Al2O3 nano-composite coating was studied by XRD、SEM/EDS、TEM and property test.The results show that the distribution of Al2O3 in the coating is uniform,the crystal of matrix Ni are fine and close,the surface of coating is smooth,and leads to a crystal preferential orientation along (220) crystal face under bidirectional pulse current,the hardness and wear resistance of the composite coating increase with the increase of the Al2O3 particle content in the range of the experiment.The hardness and wear resistance of Ni-Co/Al2O3 nano-composite coating deposited by bidirectional pulse current are better than those by direct current,but the macro-residual stress of Ni-Co/Al2O3 nano-composite coating deposited by bidirectional pulse current is lower than that by direct current.
