【摘要】 对电镀添加剂中各组分的作用和影响进行了实验研究,开发出了新型甲基磺酸高速电镀添加剂。研究了电镀工艺中的各种影响因素,确定了适宜的工艺条件。

【Abstract】 The influences of the additive compositions on electroplating process were studied experimentally. A novel additive for high speed solder electroplating process in a methanesulfonic acid bath was developed. Based on the study on the influences of the process variables,the parameters of electroplating process were confirmed.
