信息技术对企业纵向边界的影响——来自信息技术行业的经验研究
The Impact of Information technology on Firms’ Vertical Boundaries——An Empirical Study on the IT Industry
【摘要】 本文利用我国信息技术行业的数据进行实证研究,检验信息技术应用与企业边界变动之间的关系．研究结果表明：现阶段的信息技术应用使企业纵向边界呈现扩大的趋势．文章还进一步讨论了研究结果的含义．
【Abstract】 This paper examines the relationship between applications of information technologies (IT) and changes of firms’ vertical boundaries by conducting an empirical analysis on data from China’s IT industry.Results show that,at the current stage,IT applications ate associated with increasing vertical boundaries.Relevant implications are also discussed.
