建筑垃圾、工业废渣再生骨料混凝土多孔砖的配合比及物理力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 通过正交试验分别对采用碎混凝土骨料、碎砖骨料以及工业废渣骨料的再生混凝土多孔砖的配合比进行了分析和优化,对利用建筑垃圾和工业废渣作为再生骨料制作的混凝土多孔砖的抗压强度、冻融性能以及收缩性能进行了试验。结果表明,对碎混凝土、碎砖骨料多孔砖而言,用水量是影响强度的主要因素,水灰比是重要因素;对工业废渣骨料多孔砖而言,水灰比是影响强度的主要因素;采用再生骨料制作的混凝土多孔砖的抗压强度、冻融性能以及收缩性能均能满足要求,可作为替代粘土砖的新型承重墙体材料之一。

【Abstract】 In this paper,mixture ratio of recycled aggregates concrete are discussed.By orthogonal tests,mixture ratio of recycled aggregates concrete perforated brick using crushed concrete nibbles, crushed bricks,mix aggregates of and crushed concrete rubbles and crushed bricks,slag is analyzed.The fundamental properties such as the compressive strength,the shrinkage ratio and the freezing-thawing characteristics of recycled concrete perforated brick are tested and discussed in detail.Test result indicate unit water is the main influence on compressive strength of recycled concrete perforated brick using crushed concrete rubbles and crushed bricks,water cement ratio is the main influence on compressive strength of recycled concrete perforated brick using slag.The fundamental properties such as the compressive strength,the shrinkage ratio and the freezing-thawing characteristics of recycled concrete perforated brick will satisfy the concrete perforated brick Standards.It may be used in the building of masonry structure.
