球形封头插入式接管角焊缝超声波检测的计算机辅助缺陷定位

【摘要】 由于球形封头插入式接管角焊缝的非正交性,按常规超声波探伤定位方法来确定超声信号的缺陷位置,会给探伤人员造成一定的错觉,甚至影响缺陷定性准确性和返修成功率。本文以60万高加水室封头人孔角焊缝超声波探伤为例介绍了如何利用 VBA 建立角焊缝超声波探伤计算机缺陷程序辅助探伤人员定位。

【Abstract】 Because of the non-verticality of the Set-In Nozzle Weld to Spherical Head,NDE operators may have illusion by using conventional UT Orientation method,so as to determine the nature of the defect in error or miss the defect in repairing.This paper presentation how to develop a VBA program to assist NDE operators to locate the defect.
