【摘要】 以中华蜜蜂为实验材料,分别对有王群和无王群中不同日龄的工蜂进行解剖,在显微镜下鉴定工蜂卵巢发育的等级。结果发现:在有王群和无王群中都有卵巢发育的工蜂, 但是两者之间差异极显著(F=105.03;df=1;P=0.000), 有王群中只有4.31%工蜂卵巢得以发育,而且发育等级很低, 最高的也只有Ⅲ级;在无王群中,32.8%工蜂的卵巢都会发育, 发育程度高达Ⅴ级,而且在卵小管中都能看到成熟的卵。实验还发现工蜂主要是在15日龄时卵巢发育程度最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the studied material was Apis cerana cerana.Workers came from the queen-right and queen-less colonies were dissected,and the ovaries of them were ranked,the results showed that:not only in queen-less but also in queen-right colonies presented workers that the ovaries were developed,but there was significant difference between the queen-right and queen-less colonies(F = 105.03;df = 1;P = 0.000).In queen-right colonies,the ovary-developed workers was less than in queen-less colonies,4.31% and 32.8% respectively; and the degree of ovaries development was lower in queen-right colonies,the maturely eggs could be seen in the ovarian tubule in queen-less colonies,but no did in queen-right ones.Otherwise,the highest level ovary development workers were 15 days old.更多还原
