钛基晶须填充刹车片摩擦磨损性能的研究

【摘要】 钛基晶须物理化学性质稳定,力学性能优越,可作为陶瓷型摩擦材料增强体。本文用 XD -MSM 摩擦试验机研究了钛基晶须对摩擦材料的增强,同时对比了钛基晶须和石棉作为增强体的差异。基于扫描电子显微镜等分析手段,分析了摩擦磨损作用机理,结果表明:钛基晶须可增加材料高温段摩擦系数的稳定性。与石棉增强摩擦材料相比,含5%钛基晶须的摩擦材料,摩擦系数平稳,高温磨损率仅是石棉的1/2。钛基晶须部分替代铜纤维后,材料摩擦性能相近,成本降低。因此可以得出结论:钛基晶须是一种替代石棉的高性价比增强耐磨材料。

【Abstract】 Titanate Based Whiskers (TBF) have many good characteristics,such as outstanding chemical and physical stability,excellent mechanical property,and could be used as the reinforcing bulk for the NAO friction material.In this paper,the synergistic effect from TBF and aramid pulp and the difference of TBF and asbestos were discussed by XD-MSM constant speed tester.The mechanism of friction and wear were investi- gated by scanning electron microscopic (SEM).The results show that TBF could increase micro-area rein- force,wear resistant,and the stability of friction coefficient in high temperature.Compared with asbestos,the friction material with 5% TBF has stable friction coefficient and without noise.Especially in the high tempera- ture,its wear rate is just half of asbestos.Partly reinforced copper by TBF,the properties of friction materials have little change and reduce the cost.So,TBF is a reinforce material with excellent cost performance.
