【摘要】 福建沿海山区县大部分具有点多、面广、单点规模小、灾害危害性大、突发性强等共同特点,安溪县就是一个典型县分。安溪县国土资源局在无现行模式可依又无历史经验可鉴的情况下,建立了一种行之有效的安溪预防工作模式：在做好地质灾害防治工作的基础上,构建监测预警网络,实行每年度地质灾害工作制度化、程序化,推行信息化系统全过程管理,有效扭转了原先被动防灾的不利局面,逐步走上主动预防的新路子,最大程度地避免了地质灾害的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mountainous areas are characteristic of many sites,wide distribution,small scope,serious harmful and violent paroxys- mal disasters in littoral areas of Fujian Province.There establishes a prevention mode for geologieal disasters in Anxi County and as a an effective operation method,through construction of an early-warning and monitoring system,implementing of programs and systems of an- nual geological disaster management and promoting of complete management for information system on the basis of prevention and har- ness of geological disasters,the occurrences of geological disasters can be thus decreased,opening a new initiative prevention way.更多还原
